Database Email Functionality
Reaching a database of roughly 30,000 participants from inside the existing system.
The client held a database of approximately 30,000 participants but had no way to contact them without exporting the data into a separate tool.
We built an email interface directly over the database, with Twilio for SMS. Messages go out to selected groups from the database itself — no exports, and no second copy of the data.
